Hi,

One of my friend told me his server was spamming somebody's mail. The dedicated server provider disabled the server of course and he asked me to find who was spamming. I tried the search because my normally method doesnt work.

Here is the mail id : 1CdVXK-00011u-Ok

I've done
tail -f /var/log/exim_mainlog
exim -Mvh 1CdVXK-00011sh-Ok

but doesnt work.
i cant see the full details of the spammer.

Can somebody help.

Hi,
Do u use Web host manger? Cpanel..?
The simplest of all is the ..
Can u check the mail delivery report..in WHM..?
It will show the sent mails from etc etc...
Check whose number is large...
I am assuming that ..the user is local user..
And also ...check the nobosy issue...

Yes my friend use Cpanel.
I have to check this then.
I was not used to it ^^
I prefer the via SSH method ;)
