I need data and formatting from a website reproduced

View this sample page and look at the source. The code is sloppy, and very unnecessarily bulky.
I need this data for use on another site. There are 9 pages total which need to be reproduced. I only need the main data table.
I will provide CSS styles to use. All that needs to be done is the filling in of information and creation of additional cells for data.

I need to know:
1. If you can complete this work in less than three days.
2. What you will charge.
3. What method you use to code. Dreamweaver is ok as long as you can use it correctly. NO Microsoft Frontpage use..
Payment:
Payment will be made via PayPal. Once you have produced one of the pages, I will review it to make sure it is correct. Half of the agreed upon amount will be paid on approval of the first page. The remaining half will be paid upon completion and delivery of the remaining pages.
I have similar tasks like this for whomever gets this work.
