Does anyone know how to contact www.www-hosting.net billing dept ? I sent them numerous email (bills@www-hosting.net) about a refund and these a**holes keep ignoring me.

Its unlikely that we are ignoring you. I checked out the billing inbox and I honestly state that I do not see any emails that have not been answered. Its likely that we did in fact send you a response, but you didnt get it or your emails are not getting to us.

In the last week, we have found a few bugs in Spam Assassin (new cpanel feature) that when enabled, resulted in all email that was sent to us, going into never-never land. We had Spam Assassin active for about 3 days (on and off) while we were troubleshooting the issues with DarkOrb. As a results, its very likely that we didnt get your email's. We also just completed a server to server move from our old Data Center to our new one resulting in dns propgation issues.

Please re-email bills@www-hosting.net and admin@www-hosting.net and im sure you will get an answer. Always remember to include your domain name (s) in all responses
