Does anyone here have any opinions/reviews of x-cart (http://www.x-cart.com)?

Have someone who wants to setup an online store. Instead of hacking a shopping cart together and maintaining it all the time, the x-cart looks to be easier to use on their end since they are not design/programming people.

I figured the cost would justify the means...anyone?
