I have been searching for a script like this on hostscripts and other sites for almost a year now and I cannot find what I am looking for. I would like to find something that allows users to use SEO tools from my site. An example is this site:

http://www.webmasterville.net/tools/link_popularity_checker.php

It has link popularity tools and such, and I see a lot of sites that have these features so I am sure there is a script out there that allows visitors to use these tools. Could anyone provide me a direct link to software that allows visitors to use SEO tools on your website? Thanks

( The Website Is In Spanish but I have the original Source in English)

In my case I took the source code for most of them and modify for my design. * You will see that this page is different as my main design and the reason is I'm re-designing my website but the scripts works and you will get another Idea of what you can do.

I have to warn you that you need to know a little PHP in order to modify the scripts. now I have two questions: Do you want just the script or do you want customization of the scripts in your website to match your design?

Pretty please with a cherry on top, could anyone provide me a direct link to a script that allows me to install something like this on my own server? I can find hundreds of sites that offer this but nothing that allows you to install it on your own site.
