I can send and recieve mail from the server, but my wife can not. she gets the following error:

The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was garek@garek-link.com. Subject Web Site, Account: marie@dovescom, Server: mail.dovescom.com, Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: 550 5.7.1 ... Relaying denied, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

now she can send mail to other users on the server, but can not send mail out,

I can not figure this out and RS is saying not thier problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

in the mail server config panel I have the servers IP# listed for relaying, is that enough or do I need to add all the domains?

Stupid question, but did she make sure that she is authenticating the SMTP server? She needs to check that box in her mail client as WP 3.0 did away with poprelay and used SMTP Auth. This error is indicative of this.

Having issues with the ensim pro 3.7. Sendmail refuses to authenticate users. Ran all of ensims recomended updates. Hit the knowledgebase. Zip! Can anyone help? I know I'm overlooking something stupid.
