I know this is a long shot but i was wondering if anyone knows of a program that people can log into to check the progress of the website they are having designed by me.?

Or something that can be easily edited for this purpose?

I don't know of any programme available that can do that but you can certainly make one using PHP and mySQL databases, and the process is quite simple.
