One of my customer want to transfer domain from doteasy.com to us. He give us user/pass for this. I log in doteasy.com control pannel and I not found any un-lock option there.. I change admin email and system confirm it changed but in whois still nothing happen.
In whois it show domain register from networksolutions.com and admin contact is domainadmin@doteasy.com.

I mail doteasy for this but still no response.
Can any one guide me in this metter?

they can't unlock the domain name. They need to request this from networksolutions.com . Just give them some time

You would need to have doteasy unlock it. You stated the admin contact is doteasy, did they at least list you are the registrant for the domain name?
