:confused: hello, looking a solution to solve the server issue below,

under WHM (cpanel)->software->update server software,

Using Mysql4
proftpd is up to date (Fri Oct 1 21:58:32 2004)
bandmin is up to date (Tue Apr 8 10:00:52 2003)
chkservd is up to date (Thu Aug 19 14:05:17 2004)
MySQL-server is up to date (Thu Oct 28 16:05:30 2004)
MySQL-embedded is up to date (Thu Oct 28 16:05:30 2004)
MySQL-client is up to date (Thu Oct 28 16:05:30 2004)
MySQL-devel is up to date (Thu Oct 28 16:05:30 2004)

i tried up2date already, but the error msg still there, how can i get it fix?

also, if i click update system software, and i got this msg.

Who is your server provider? Have you contacted them?

your system is not registered with rhn (or use to be registered), contact your provider to correct this "issue" :)

yes it sounds like your server does not have an entitlement, contact your DC and they should be able to login and take care of it for you. For whatever reason most servers do not come with it pre-registered and the only reason I can think of is because redhat maybe uses your hostname to identify your server?
