Does anybody know what the difference would be (reguarding future employment possibilities) between taking a normal Programming course and taking an E-Business Programming course?

E-Business is generaly specialized for websites and shopping carts. The courses offered at the local university form "E-Commerce" went into business classes more.

General programming I think is more useful, if you know how to program it wouldn't take long for you to figure out how to make a shopping cart. If you are interested in bussiness classes you can always take them seperate from your degree.
