We are expanding our web hosting business and we want to know what would it take to please all you resellers. It might sound funny but it is a serious question.

I would like realistc answers. I can guess that price would be number #1, but I know there has to be more than price.

...basically if you give online stats of your utilisation vs allocation of space and bandwidth you can win the confidence of potential resellers
