Does anyone know of any good visitor monitoring software that we can track visitors live?

We use boldchat which lets you put a bit of code in the header of each web page and lets us track them as they move through the site. But it's expensive ($40 a month)

Anyone know of any other solutions?

I use a program called Help Center Live. Its a set of tools written in PHP that provided a live chat to visitors, a trouble ticket system, user reminders, different departments, etc...

Its free.. an example of the live help is on the right side of my site at ironcom.net

Its completely skinnable. You can download it from Sourceforge.net

Does HLC track ppl by page? Means we have to embed code in every page?

It doesn't seem to do any tracking - but we're not really after all that - we literally just need page tracking software.

All you need to do is imbed the javascript anywhere in your header or footer of your template. HLC Tracks what page the users on by the referral. You need to launch the request monitor.

If your looking for something that strictly does tracking, I havent really found anything, although I use AWstats for a historical view of my users requests

Have a look at Crafty Syntax Live Help 2.9.6 (http://www.cslh.com). It can track your visitors and tell where they come from and what they are doing on your website. You can also chat with them.
