we are managing about 10000+ clients.
all are paying their monthly payment by card and there are 50% of them paying yearly payment by bank transfer.

we dont have reseller list in a billing software like modernbill.
modern bill is costly and not suitable for us bcos we dont use credit card as payments for resellers as they do by bank transfer.
so...we need some suggestion for keeping our clients database and automatic emails send to the clients...

any software is there to manage........?

the question is different buddy..
i have allmy resellers who does bank transfer and the payment gateway what i use now at present is not supported by modern bill..
so it wont make sense to implement modernbill..
i need a software which send reminder mails..to my clients..

thats it...nothing more than that...

If you have all of the details in a database, you can make a PHP script, and run it on a cron.

Take $5000, find a nice coder, tell him what you want & wait. :)

Yes, agree with nybble. You can have more control on the software than anyone else, it is written just for you =)
