Its down again, this time for the last 36 hours or so.. no responces to email or IM's. do u guys think they are gone for good now? I got no announcements or saw any messages on there website..

I hope they have backups?

That kind of downtime with no response or explanation is not acceptable. Regardless of what the problem is or whether it is going to fixed, they should have given you some type of reply or system wide notification as to what is going on. I hope that you have backups and your clients have backups of their own data, since it doesn't appear that you are going to be getting any answers from Mongo Hosting.

They have their servers hosted with the planet. You could call the planet up and find out from them what the situation is. Their own site is down.
