hello

may i use DNSs
ns1.domain.com
ns2.domain.com
for my first server

and
ns3.domain.com
ns4.domain.com
for my second server?

i saw one hosting company registering one domain for each server... is there a reason to do that?

thanks

I guess you could do it if you were worried your domains were going to have trouble. If for some weird reason your domains get transfered or removed without your knowledge only one server would be effected. Of course if I was worried about that I would have a two different domains on each server so even if one failed the other still worked. It might also be easier for clients.

The above would work fine physically though.
