Hi everyone.
I've started to install the WHM Autopilot billing sofware, everything was going well, i could config it well, .... but one thing is going wrong.
When i try to configure the payment gateways i have this error :
"Fatal error: Unable to read 19457 bytes in /home/hostnco/public_html/achats/admin/tools/authnet_functions.php on line 0"
Everything is CHMOD correctly.
Can someone help me please, cause auto pilot support is so long.
Thx for everything.

Contact the vendor for assistance. If they don't provide support, then look for a different billing software.

I know that with auto pilot you can just pay 29 dollars and they will install it for you. I use them and they have been great so far for support.

I dont wanna pay for $29, they have a support desk but really really long.
I think going to take something else.
Glad i havent paid ....

I've tryed out Lpanel but it has allways something going wrong.

99% of the errors caused by this error --> Fatal error: Unable to read 19457 bytes
Is caused when the transfer type is either set to 'auto' or files are moved to the server in ASCII format ( unknowingly )
BINARY mode uploads the files in the format required for PHP, images and standard HTML to be transferred in as to not corrupt the fileset with errant or invalid characters placed into the file.
When ASCII is used, some will see a 'square' at the end of each line of the file when viewing the source which is, most of the time, ASCII transfer corruption to the codebase.
There are alot of FTP clients that offer both ASCII & BINARY mode of transfer but, they do their own thing when they see encrypted files. The program assumes the encrypted file to be transferred in ASCII mode and causes these errors such as the "Fatal error: Unable to read 19457 bytes " error.
If your problem persists, contact us via our helpdesk and we can push over a clean set of files to your server, at no cost to you, in BINARY mode, that will allow you to move forward with your installation.
Appreciate your patience.

Did you receive a ticket key? Brandee's been helping me via the helpdesk lately.

I have scanned through all the tickets and there we are unable to locate any with 'zero' replies from us.
2 days without a response ( you can ask around to validate this ) would mean that I am dead ( which I am not ). Tickets in our system are answered anywhere between 'instant' and as long as 8 - 12 hours but, rarely do go that long unless the issue requires 'dedicated time'.
One as simple as a file push and completion of installation on our part only takes a few minutes to accomplish and we do not mind helping in these matters.
If you have a ticket number, please, provide it to me via PM here or "bump" it in our system. Also, is the ticket in our system or at your providers system ?
