Hi All,
I have a question,
I currently have someone that does the billing for me, but they charge from $1+6%(minimum) to 12% (max)...
Plus I kinda stopped liking them because they still didnt pay for what we sold them... diffent story... not really relevant...
I see RevEcom charges $1+3.95% per transaction and such... Really nice :) Now, I live in The Netherlands... So one of my main questions is: HOW am I going to get my money? (Dutch bank account... :S)
Also... How does their control panel look like? Any other information someone can pass on? :)
Feedback / comments also welcome!!!
Or other suggestions (other companies)

Well right now I am using Revecom, I'm really not too happy with the service, a week after I was supposed to recieve payment, I had to email someone in the company and let him know that I didn't (though the next day the payment was there)
As you asked, the control panel isn't too bad, takes a little getting used to, but after that it's a breeze
Support: Here is where I lose absolutely all faith in them, I use their support ticket feature in the control panel, recieve a confirmation email telling me I should expect a reply with in a few hours...A minimum of 24 hours later I riceve a reply that only 50% of the time is relatively useful.
Phone support is no better, they wouldn't hang up on me, but it certainly would have saved my time since it took hours just to find someone in that place who knows what they are doing.
I first called, and apparently the 866 number they offer is the billing department, they tell me to call <number><extension> The number is across Canada, and they have taken enough of my money as is, I'm not going to pay for support. Kindly they give me a toll free number to use.
I call, the extension is unavailable. I call billing back, the person I spoke with has gone home. I ask the person I'm speaking with right then to find me an extension to use that actually works. She gives me one, and tells me she just tested it.
So I call...Unavailable.
I call back, big surprise, the person I was talking to has also left for the day. (20 minute shifts over there?)
Several circles later, I actually get an extension that works. Though I am 90% sure he was not actually supposed to be working, because he answered with "Hello...how did you get this number?"
Anyway, he seemed to have a good grasp of what was going on and actually helped me with the problem.
----------
Long story short, to date I've had a pretty bad experience with Revecom, though they seem to slowely be working on their problems.
I'm sure you may find someone who likes them here, but I would strongly suggest looking for alternatives, maybe 2checkout?

HI,
How long have you used revecom? I am a newbie with them, and all the support tickets I have sent have been resolved within one hour.
Maybe whatever their problem was, is fixed?

Revecom is not bad, so far no problems.
And regarding money: They can either wire it into your bank account (but that's a bit costly at $30) or they send a cheque to you (free).
BTW, greetings to the Netherlands!

I've only used revecom since last August; but I've always been impressed with the speed and responsiveness of support.
I've never experienced anything similar to Rylec's at all.
I have, absolutely, no reservations about recommending revecom.

Actually they will be charging (or have they started yet?) $15 for each cheque sent out.

Yes you did. I received a phone call from them (at 6 in the morning I might add  ) explaining that I should switch to their EFT option since they will be charging $15 for each cheque they send out, starting some time in the near future.

Our Experience with Revecom:
Payment - Always delivered on time, except the last one which was issued 5 days late.
Support - I think it depends on issues. Some within a few hours, some takes days.
Control Panle - Relative easy to use, however we found some problem with their recurring billing system.
Overall, not a bad solution.
