Hi.
There are 3 days since Rackshack plays hide-and-seek with me and
the other clients. In these approx. 3 days, their site worked only less that 50%
of the time, and so did mine. Right now, www.rackshack.net is unaccessible,
and so is www.webcab.co.uk (strange, because if I want to enter the Admin
section (it is a Cobalt server), I get the password requesting form, but that's
all). Telnet and FTP work (in a very "special" way, since downloading through
FTP freezes after approx. 2Kb of every file, and so does the telnet
connection, if a larger quantity of data has to transmitted (like opening a
file in an editor, in a big window). Rackshack says that everything is fine. I heard
something about some DDOS attacks (since I cannot access their site, I'm
not sure what the problem is). Their forum is down. Do you know
what's going on ? I think I'll go crazy if you tell me that my site runs OK, like
rackshack says, and I see that it doesn't.
Hope to hear soon from you.
