Any easy to setup shopping cart that can be setup on the server side and everyone in the server can use?

Sounds like you are looking for Miva Merchant? Or are you wanting an ASP or PHP solution? You can always create an install package of osCommerce & use that that way

If you have a Linux box you hosting on, then go with OSCommerce, it's a great software package, and there are lot of companies that are willing to set it up for you.

Make a search on google : e-commerce or something like that.

i would recommend oscommerce but i've heard that zencart is good

I am looking for an easier way for Windows, I mean if you can register a few dlls etc and the clients can start building their shopping carts that would be great....

We actually did do something like this for our hosting. Do you have your own cart that you built? We set it up so that a couple of clicks & it installs on their domain. So far it has worked nicely. You might consider maybe becoming a reseller for a shopping cart & offering this type of set-up.
