I am planning on switching to varhosting.net and giving them a try because they have good plans and they anonymously support your clients. I have talked to a few people who use them, one of which is a very good friend of miney, and he said that the server uptime and speed is great and he has gotten e-mails from some of his clients stating how good the support is.

Do you think(strongly) its better than your existing host? If yes try to analyze on what aspects and then compare is it a wise move. Also analyze in detail about varhosting, feedback on them at WHT, any hidden cost and so on.

BTW: Other than "anonymous support your clients", is their any other reason for you to move.

I moved only because of the anonymous support, and the experience i had was...terrible.
All the features they promised me we're not setup as they we're meant to be. And I was given all these errors by cPanel about invalid liscences etc.
Which led me to believe that they were running it illegaly (please note that this is my personal thought, i am not saying that I KNOW it is.) I had to re-sign up 3 time's with them!
1st time, problem with the payment
2nd time, went fine however my lPanel was not setup as promised, they said that they had still not negotiated with lPanel to get it all working..infact no one had it working and yet they were still advertising it
3rd time, they said re-signup and lPanel will work fine. So i re-signed up and guess what? cPanel and lPanel are both now NOT working! Giving invalid liscence key errors, which cause me to run for the hills.

Their support is extremely dissapointing. All I ever got from them was we're working on it. We will forward this to so and so, however it took 48 hours for them to cancel my account in the end 8) .

So from my experience stay the hell away from them! :)
