What I/we need to know, is how in the world can you find out who is slandering/threatening, from a organizations BBS!

I ran a whois, found that this Co. is hosted by NTT Verio.net.

Have contacted Verio, via their Report Abuse Link (no satisfaction) called them... told to use the Report Abuse Link, go figure.

Who/How can we go over Verio's head (Next in the chain of command, so-to-speak)

Please, any Information would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Steve

P.S. I appologize if this is particular forum is not the proper one, please move it if the need be. Thanks Again.

Your first step is to contact the owner of the website and ask them to remove the offending posts. If they will not do that, then you can contact Verio, but honestly, unless you have a subpeona they are probably not going to hand over any customer information. The privacy of their customer is going to take precedent over the complaint of an individual. So, unless you are willing to pay the legal fees necessary to correct a problem, you probably will not make much headway.
