I want to start reselling Windows NT hosting and I need the following:

unlimited domains
1G web space (for start)
15-20G traffic (for start)
ASP
ASP.NET
MS Access
MS SQL Server 7 or 2000
Control Panel for each domain

I want the actual host to be hidden from my customers.

I have the following questions too:

1. Any suggestions for stable, not too expensive hosting company offering the above features?
2. I don't have any idea how am I going to bill my customers. Is it possible the actual host to bill my customers for me or I have to apply for merchant account. I'm in Canada :-)
3. I want to know the best way to advertise my hosting company and not just free ones :-)

Just a comment on your demands:

Hard to find I'd say. Cause even Unix hosts are changing terms like this. And on a Windows machine the total number of domains really matters.

>ASP.NET
Not easy to find as well. It has just been out for a short time and many hosts will wait for a while until first bugs(?) has been fixed, and it is considered safe to use it. My tip for you to start here

Actually I don't need unlimited domains :-)
I need at least 20 for start.
