I'm just about to transfer my main domain (redmelon.net) to an ew registrar. Thinking of using stargateinc.com

Any comments I should know about? (this is my first domain transfer..btw)

From searching the forum, there only seem to be good comments, but just want to make sure :) Also, I saw in one of thier legal docs, that if there is a problem with CC processing, they will take charge of the domain, and possibly sell it back to you for $200. Is this normal?

I registered a few domains with them and have no problem so far. The control panel is quite good. But I am having a difficult time transferring a domain to them. I submitted the request 2 days ago but still haven't got the email confirmation. I tried to get help on live chat but only talked to a representative for a few mins before I got disconnected. I am still waiting for a response to the support ticket that I submitted right after the short live chat session. Today I submitted a new transfer request for the same domain, but no email confirmation received again. I will wait a few days longer to see how it goes.
