Hello Guys,

I need some recommendation about a good company that can handles UK incorporation with low cost, speedy service, and no hidden fees. I like to hear from those who tried some companies before. I need to incorporate in the UK in order to get a merchant account.

Thank you in advance.

I have tried some companies on google that try to fool you into there business with very low fees, but as soon as you pay them there small startup fee, they begin to charge you for alot before you get what you came for.

My advice is to find a Trust Company in UK which cost a litle bit more then all the "smart companies" on the internet but give you the service you look for.

An other alternative is :
If you not use thies Auditors then take contact to f.example the big ones like PriceWaterHouse Coopers or Deloit & Touch, they are able to help you quickly and it cost you not a fortune.

Belive me, thies are the best ways to get your business established the right way.

I've used this company back in 2002. Very good, fast and helpful. But I don't know the rules for non-UK residents etc.

I often use Formations Direct - they've always been very efficient whenever i've phoned them and there are certainly no hidden costs.... http://www.formationsdirect.co.uk/
