The amount of interest we have received for managed Windows servers is making us take a good hard look at the possibility of offering the Windows OS some time in the future. :)

Some of our core staff are listed on our website. Our tech staff consists of a mixture of full time and part time personnel.

We have a 99.9% network SLA. We can’t guarantee 100% server uptime because there are a number of things that are out of our control (eg. runaway PHP scripts) which can crash a server.

We always say to allow up to 72 hours from the time your payment is verified & approved, however, the majority of servers are activated in about 48 hours.

If you don't hear from the Activations team within say 48 hours, simply drop them an email and make sure you include your order #. :)

I am waiting for the next special (yeah I'm greed I know ;)), to get my second server with ya. :D
