Ok simple problem...

When I access my sites on my server via www.site.com the website shows.

When I access my site via site.com (without www.) the sites show a CPanel page saying there is no website configured at that address.

Anyone know what the problem is and how it can be resolved?

With virtual web hosting, the web server identifies the site being hosted by the domain name. In this case, your web server is configured to recognize your domain only with the www. You'll need to add a ServerAlias which contains the domain name without the www.
