Alan had emailed us about the server being down for three hours or something but this is rediculous.

Is anybody else experiencing downtime? My clients are getting upset with me.

Has this ever happened to him before?

Just asking cuz it's my first experience with a reseller. I'm not trying to flame, just trying to get answers.

Check out this thread in the reseller forum as this will tell you what's going on with Splashhost. Basically, they are having a lot of problems with their hardware. They needed to reformat the HD and reinstall the OS on one of the servers. http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=34843
