I don't know if this is on topic or not. But I have a few questions:

How long has this company been around?

Have you had any legal or financial problems in the last 6 years?

Would you be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement?

Do you back your services up with any promisees or guarantees? (For example, "We fix it or it's free")

Will you aid in custom-configuration? (Helping in the developments of
control panel software by keeping up to date software of our choice,
such as djbdns, and qmail.

May I speak to any of your current clients or could you provide
references & contact number to previous clients. (Happy or not doesn't
matter.)

Do you have staff on call 24/7 or is this more of a "one man"
operation?

In the event of an exploit, for example, a bind problem (not that
uncommon :P) do you have a system to roll out patches and deploy them
over the network within a set time period?

Are you willing to use our ticket system/basis to report found issues
& resolutions?

Why is your site title "We never sleep" We never Eat..."?

On your forum I believe you have a grand total of about 10 posts (from
a quick view). Is there a reason for this? Just starting out?

What type of knowledge in the field do you have? Any past contacts
with large companies or service providers?

I would also like to ask that if anyone has experience with this
company/person please feel free to contact me using any method you are
comfortable with.

Company has been around for more than 1 year and hasn't had any financial problems at all. We basically monitor your server 24/7 and once something goes down we will restart/fix it instantly. Also monthly server management plan includes installing and troubleshooting any 3rd party software and unlimited admin hours. We apply all OS updates and security patches as soon as they come out. We have people 24/7 and they all take requests from our clients only through our ticket-based helpdesk.

Most problems described in the tickets are fixed within 2 hours.
