View Full Version : Hostdoggy Hosting
BarryAdair 11-30-2004, 01:21 PM OK I have been with HostDoggy (http://hostdoggy.net/index.html) for a couple of months now, my sites have been down one time for just a few minutes.
Customer service is the best I have seen, now as they grow it may get slower, but so far if I email them, I receive a answer within minutes not hours, and they are very helpful, even if I do not have a support problem, they try to assist me, the price is a little more than I have paid in the past, but the speed of the servers, the great support, and the way customers are treated is worth the money, I am completely happy so far with this hosting company, and would tell anyone to try HostDoggy, if you need a very low downtime, and good support, I have not seen any hosting company this good, and I have been doing this for 5 years now.
I am not connected with HostDoggy, in any way except by being a customer, I was not ask by anyone at HostDoggy to post this, I just feel that if you need a great hosting service, you need to know about HostDoggy.

I love the disclaimer! :D
"even if I do not have a support problem, they try to assist me"
with what?
Nice review otherwise!
BarryAdair 11-30-2004, 03:13 PM I had some questions about something that was not a support question, about something that did not even refer to the hosting account on the HostDoggy server and they answered it without delay
BarryAdair 11-30-2004, 03:51 PM The reason for the disclaimer, is back a year or so ago I signed up with a reseller, that had some good reveiws, but after signing up I found out the support on that company was about 2 to 3 weeks behind on answering even a simple support question, I also found out the the good reviews were by people that were getting discounted, or free service for posting good reviews, or even defending them when people posted bad reviews on WHT, so that is the only reason I included the disclaimer
UnifiedNet 11-30-2004, 03:56 PM Didn't need to be explained I get it!
Can you tell us your website with them?

Got one (trim.be (http://www.trim.be) (velleman electronics) with a 6MB mySQL Database (7800 electronic devices) on it and it's down al the time...
Thats the part where the troubles starts, one big DB and enough costumers...
