Hi Chicken,

Actually what the people need is to hear if everyone else is having the same problem. When splashhost is down, their forum goes down too, we cant post anything on their site. Another factor is: users seem to be centralised in WHT instead of the Splashhost website.

We just need to share our problems and grief. I have some customers banging on my door because they cant check their email. For some customers, these kinda situations will decrease their confidence in me and for others they chose to leave. Right now I understand how Diavosol felt. We just need to post our frustration on the forum before we lose our sanity.

To all splashhost users: HOLD ON TO IT !!!
