Nine days and counting and my site still isn't up...

I have now spoken to the owner by phone twice on two separate days and I have no site and no email welcome letter and I can't log in to their iControl panel - even though I told the owner the username and password that I want.

O well! I guess a third call to the owner and a few more days of waiting will clear things up.

Split from the other thread (media template), as it had nothing to do with that thread (topcs people topics! :D). You need to contact support directly. I can't believe you'd wait 9 days (must be just me who has clients bugging them if things are done in an hour), but that's your decision to make.
