I was wondering if someone could help me figure out what things I would have to add to a new RedHat dedicated server to have the same features that my parent company is offering now. I am also going to be installing VDIs Cpanel 3 on it.

to be honest, that is quite a list of offerings. that covers all of what my parent company provides my company and then some...

this is an extremely inclusive list and if you get support for all of it you will likely be headed in the right direction.
