I am currently seeking a position within an established web hosting company, as a support technician. I have setup a web hosting business previously, yet failed to launch due to the little time available. I understand a business requires time, effort and commitment, therefore I would be most interested in assisting a fellow web hosting company in it's venture, by supporting it's clients.
I always attempt to provide the correct answers to clients and will take the time to research the answers if I am unsure. Rest assured, I am a hard worker and will never cheat at what I do. I usually resort to taking short cuts (Joking :), I'm indeed the exact opposite).
