What is the best FREE, software based firewall for Windows 2003 Web Ed?

Windows 2K3 comes with a pretty powerful firewall for free :)

If you want to remove the majority of risks, disable Client for MS networks, and File and Printer sharing on the network connection properties. Something that most people don't seem to do.

Other than that, the firewall included does a pretty good job, if you dig deep you'll see you can block specific ports, etc.

Until you are hit by even a slight amount of DDOS attack, then you will see how useless any software firewall run on Windows. Get *nix server running in front of your Win2K3 server as a firewall. You will be *much* better off when the worst comes.
