Okay heres the story :

Around 8+ months ago i posted here on WHT looking for free hosting. I got a very generous offer from a WHT member who i will call mr.X as i do not want to reveal him at the moment (however if things carry on the way they are ill be forced to). It was excellent hosting and around 4 months ago i started a new project and registered 2 domains through mr.X (sonyextreme.com and sonyboards.com) he registered them through his own EV1 servers account and in his own name, at the time I thought nothing of it.

Okay so around a month ago i find that my hosting is not working and came to the conclusion that i had been booted off with no warning. At this time I had some spare cash avalible from a skin i had designed and decided to purchace a reseller from mechhosting.com as it was on offer. One problem, I had no access to my domains!

I emailed Mr.X and he replied saying that he erased my account as my site was still in development (custom CMS's take a long time) and it was a waste of free resources, he said he would transfer the domains into a seperate ev1servers account and give me access. In the email he requested an email address which he should use for the new ev1 servers domain account so i emailed him with the email i wanted to use.

No resonce... I emailed again.... No responce, infact i emailed him 3 times and have PM'ed him here on WHT and i get no responce. Mr.X didnt seem like the type to do this and i was very suprised i was getting no reply from him.

So around 3 weeks down the line i still dont have my 2 domains. What should i do? :bawling:

no one cn help you except Mr. X he is the legal owner of the domains.

It's not the brightest idea to register sonyextreme.com and sonyboards.com in the first place (re: trademark complications). You should be glad that they are now actually registered to somebody else's name. Find something else and start anew.
