Iam very sorry for not replying all your mails. had some problems .

The offer ends when it meets the low reserve of mines.
The reserve is very low for this domain($xx) considering the fact that all other extentions have been booked. THis domain is also brandable in several ways, including the possible development of a religion based website.(2baptist church).
