Almost 42 hours ago I submitted a reseller acount request? But there is no response at this time. Generally how many hour do I wait?

42 hours is a lot. They may be experiencing a lot of sales lately. Have you tried contacting them via all support methods? Check your junk mail as well.

In my exp. it should not take more that 12 hours. Did you check your hosting company's website? Have they mentioned anything regarding this on their site? Try mailing them with sign up details.

There are lots of reasons why there could be a delay. Check your junk folder, did you enter in the correct email on signup, did you get a confirmation on signup, maybe your email is bouncing for them, call them during business hours, contact them via live chat. You can try all these things because if your email is bouncing and your phone number is bad, they will never be able to contact you.
