Does anyone have an updated list or have done research on call centers lately?

I found www.actsupport.com / 24-7intouch.com / & accoladesupport.com so far

Bascially what we are interested in is a call center who can answer sales only questions after hours or when we are busy with existing customers

I looked into this about 6-12 months ago and found not much different but didnt push the research as far...
