Webmin is free. We can offer other control panels for an additional fee.

Additional IP's are $10 for 10 or $35 for 50 IP's. A class c block is $115.

Cpanel is $85 per month and h-sphere depends on how many domains.

We can install Plesk or Ensim for you but you would need to provide the license for us. There is a $50 install fee.
