my host reseller lost an entore server, no back ups were available, leaving everyone f!@#ed up,


needless to say he switched us over to anotehr server meaning i had to re do my name servers and IP's etc, i havent been able to log into my cpanel and whm or FTP, everything else i can do, like log onto the actual site an example would be e-agle.com but cant log onto e-agle.com/cpanel is this a propogaton issue? if so why can i log into the domain but not the cpanel or why cant i ftp into it? any help would be greatly appreciated

How long ago did the switch take place?

If it has been over 36 hours, I would contact your host and ask them about this. They may have incorrectly setup your cPanel/WHM username.

Contacting your host would be the first step, hopefully you have already done that.
