webfors 11-27-2000, 11:11 PM Hi Nate,
I ordered a server from Daniel a week ago and he has been very helpful. I can't give you much feedback since I haven't had it for very long (Daniel?:)), but I'm really looking forward to a prosperous and long relationship with them.
I think you're in good hands.

sodapopinski 11-28-2000, 12:06 AM Nate,
I ever talked with Daniel (Ultraspeedusa) through ICQ.
It's seem that he's a good person.
Although recently I don't have any server into their service yet, I think it's worth to try for.
Thx.
Soda
I have talked to them also and you will find only good things said about them on this board I would give them a try I think you will be happy.
If you go with them let us know how it goes.
kunal 11-28-2000, 08:01 AM Ultraspeed USA, is a sister company of Ultraspeed UK. I have spoken to Daniel of and on, on ICQ, he is a very helpful person. As far as his service goes, I have only heard good comments about it. You can do a search on the forum, using the top right corner link.
etones 11-28-2000, 11:50 AM I made a long post (all good btw :) ) about the UK branch. The link is below.
All I can say is 'YES - DAMM FINE COMPANY' :D hehe
Read my post, talk to Jordan, mention my name, you should get a good deal :D

major 11-28-2000, 05:23 PM I totally agree - GREAT company. I am only on a virtual account right now, but Daniel (and the UK staff as well) are so helpful and does everything possible to make it a pleasent stay. And I must say it is...
Speed is great, downtime is a rarity, and support is friendly and helpful...
So far they are the best host I've been with...
mkaufman 11-28-2000, 09:28 PM Daniel is pretty helpful when I spoke to him on AIM..
I've only heard one bad thing about them (from a reseller) but everything else I heard eas great..
rhoare 11-28-2000, 11:50 PM Note that ultraspeedusa is not accepting any more dedicated server customers at present, according to the "specials" note on their page. I was just about to email them for a quote when I saw this. :-(

webfors 11-29-2000, 12:28 AM Well,
I am very happy. Actually, I'm amazed at the level of support that Daniel and his colleagues have given me.
In one day he set my server up, transfered all my domains from my DI server for me, installed postgresql, and answered a dozen of questions I would of normally waited days to have answered at DI.
All I can say is WOW.
I will most definitely be recommending them to everyone.
I am sure there is a good reason for not accepting new dedicated server clients.
DanielP 11-29-2000, 03:07 AM :)
No need 2 worry. We'll start accepting orders back soon.
I just need to get some better documentation togther among other things. It should open back up in about 2 - 4 weeks maybe sooner depends on how fast we can get the work done :).
Jordan 11-29-2000, 04:42 AM As my collegue Daniel said, we will be accepting new orders shortly.
We are taking a few weeks break, to take stock of things, write new documentation etc.
