Then it looks like you're asking for custom design work. You may want to post in the appropriate advertising section for someone to create your template for you. To get your templates drawn, coded and sold unique, with no additional functionality or site development, I'd expect to budget somewhere in the $5,000-10,000 range for the entire set, though you might be able to find a starving designer or two who will do it cheaper.

Well yes - you asked for templates and couldn't find any nice ones amongst the prefabricated template sites. That leaves only one option - having them custom-designed.
