How can i become an Enom ETP on my own ?
i know that there are free 8,95$ accounts out there but i want to become my own etp.
the 495$ prepay for 8,95$ would be ok.
how can i apply ? only by contacting sales@enom.com ?
or is there an only sign up form ?
is the 495$ a prepay in the whole amount ? so i have 495$ funds in my account afterwards ?
thanx

Yes, the ONLY way to become an ETP is to contact sales directly and make a deposit which coincides with the pricing you desire.

Well, you can go from reseller to ETP. You just need to have met certain requirements for this to happen.

Kevin is correct. If you have enough domains you may not need to make a deposit. But still, eNom themselves are the only ones who can do this.

how good are my chances to become an ETP on my own when i want to convert my 6,95$ account (which i already have) to an ETP Account ? would that be possible ? i currently have about 20 domains in that account - more to come soon, have to transfer them to enom when renewing or transfer is possible.
what other special requirements are necessary or is a 6,95$ enough ?
Frankly... if you already have a $6.95 account... why do you want to become an ETP? Don't you trust your current ETP?

You cannot convert a sub-reseller to an ETP account.
If your asking "because you have a $6.95 sub-reseller will eNom convert it to an ETP account for you?" I'll bet you a steak dinner on that one ( www.omahasteaks.com ).
People don't realize that the structure eNom set in place was never intended for ETPs to create multiple sub-6.95 accounts. It was after this was abused that eNom changed the business structure (Fall of 2002) and will not allow a new sub-reseller below the price of $8.95 (note - a very small number of companies have an agreement with eNom to offer 7.95 accounts to be tied with their software products).

as soon as you reach 1000 domains in your account u can open a direct account with enom, sign the contract and they'll convert the account into reseller account :)
