Weblicate

Hello,
I have been renting game servers for about 6 months now. I sell web hosting on the side, and now I have enough customers to support my own dedicated linux web hosting server, which I am using now.
However, I would like to boost my web hosting sales by offering free web hosting plans.
Here is how I would like this to work. On my website, the customer will click a link that says "sign up now". Then, they are taken to a page where it requests all the information required for a web hosting account, such as the subdomain they want, their username, password, etc. Ideally, the web hosting account would be setup automatically, if that is possible. After this, I would also need an "ad wrapper" so to speak on every free website I host to promote my website and eventually get some more paying customers.
If you guys could PLEASE let me know how much of this is actually possible, and how difficult it would be, I would appreciate it.
If you are confident you can do this, please reply here and/or send me an email: John@GamingMatrix.net.
Thank you for your time.
