To all of those who use VDI or one of their "resellers": how do you life the service so far? uptime? monitoring? software updates? etc, etc?

Thanks,
Boris

echoweb,

I am only speaking for myself, but I have found them to be great. The only trouble I have ever had was support was a little slow fow awhile, but even that seems to have picked up lately. It seems like every few days there is something new added. I have not noticed any downtime, and have not gotten any nasty emails about downtime from customers. :D

Overall, I think they have a great product, and with the improvment in customer service that I have seen lately, they will be hard to beat.

Just to clarify one thing VDI does not have resellers they have clients who co-locate such as Ultraspeed, or rent servers from them. They do not resell. The only thing VDI provides to the likes of Ultraspeed, Site5 et al, is bandwidth and rack space.

Ohh... for some reason, I also thought that they provided the servers like Alabanza...

* learn something new every day :)

You can lease servers from them like at Alabanza, but that is not reselling.

No complains about VDI. they have been great so far.
As for reselling, I think they have an agent program where you can resell their servers and pocket a percentage each month.
