I've been seriously considering moving from Aletia for the past month or so. (Not that I've had problems with Aletia -- I just need more room to grow.)
I'm looking at Wizards Hosting. I've read through some threads here, and I see nice things. I've also tried to glean info from their message board and didn't really learn much.
This is what I need:
* Great Uptime; no significant routing issues.
* Pseudo streaming of Real Media files.
* Ability to run a small YaBB SE (mysql/php) Message Board, preferably not in safe mode.
* Good support, but then, I'd rather not need much support.
I'm looking at the 250 MB shared hosting package, but I'll likely need the 350 MB package by the end of the year. I'd like to start off paying around $15 bucks for 250 MB (8GB of bandwidth is OK, I'd prefer 10 to be safe, but I rarely use more than 3GB).
So does anyone know if Wizards has what I need -- specifically regarding Real Media? If they don't, who else would be a good choice -- meeting the criteria I described and with a solid reputation to boot. I was looking at TerraByte also, but I've seen some frustrated customers of late.
My site really isn't very demanding, but it does have a lot of multimedia.
