i have been using ikobo for more than a month now!
and it never fail to confuse me or make me mad :(
i faced more than 4-5 problems with thier system until now like:
1.when you first register you get a $500 limited account..after a while it gets blocked until you send over certain documents..so they just claim that the regestration doesnt need any documents but your account will be blocked if you didnt send those sdocuments.
2.anyway my account was blocked..i sent over the document no reply for 7 days..i sent again no reply for 3 days..i talked to around 5 operators in live chat and again nothing happened..and after around 13-14 days of sending the documents i got a one line reply "please send over another untility bill"
3.any proplem or mistake made from thier processsor takes 30-90 days to be fixed..and thats what i am having right now..the processor claimed that certain withdrawal happend..while it didnt..i contacted them the asnwer "fill this form and send it, we will put it in the processor t usually take 30-90 days to be fixed"
4.the raise thier fees without sending emails to thier clients, for example ATM withdrawal fees rasied from $1.5 to $1.99 last week..and no one from ikobo users got informed before than that.
5.they usually ignore emails and thier operators in live chat are confused about the system so you might have totally different answers from them for the same question!
all that in one month!!
i wounder whats comming next?!

rumahhosting,
I suggest you to email to limits@ikobo.net to verify your current merchant account status.
Actually limits@ikobo.net responds to emails very fast.
For my case, after I faxed my 2 documents to ikobo, I sent email to limits@ikobo.net to ask them if they received all my documents?
They replied my email within 1 hour, they said they just received only one document, then I re-faxed another document right away, after I faxed it, I email limits@ikobo.net again, they replied me in 2 minutes, they said they received my second document, and my merchant account was updated immediately.
I believe your merchant account should be okay, if ikobo have received all your required documents. Good luck!
