I am regular surfer & wanna join lot of sites backed up by ccbill as a payment processor, may be one of yours. I have one ePassporte prepaid visa card. with this card i join paycom sites instantly but when i try to join any ccbill site it declines the transaction. using this card means i cannot reverse the amount. I am a genuine customer & really wana have a subscription. Iam from india. ccbill says it doesn't accepts payments from india due to heavy chargebacks. by which even genuine customers like me also suffers. Now what should i do?

Please tell me someother prepaid card or alternative method for joining CCBILL Websites. Iam from India. Because all websites doesn't have 2nd bacup processor. I wanna join CCBILL sites at any cost. Please help me CCBILL webmasters. PLEASE

Most sites have backup processor for such cases. Contact to webmaster directly. There is no universal option for you.
May be if you buy virtual card which works with any name and any address it will help

CCbill has very strict scrub rules in their processing.
The reason for this is they are a 3rd party processor of high risk accounts (adult mainly).
Paycom accepts ePassporte because they own the company, CCBill is Paycom's main competitor so those sites processing with ccbill only are not allowed.

Webmasters of adult sites prefer taking credit cards over other means of payment because they rely highly on recurring charges and cross-sells to make a profit - which are easily done using CC's.

You might try emailing the website administrator from the site(s) you'd like to join and ask if they'll accept another form of payment.

multitaskerVic is correct. ccbill deals mainly with adult usubscriptions - one of the highest chargeback ratios in the industry. ccbill owns the merchant account you are trying to use - therefore the merchants & the consumers must also comply with the extra rules set forth by ccbill.

All ccbill is trying to do is to protect is chargeback ratio.
