Well CJ is good, but requires alot of $$ for them to actually bring you results. You should try Adwords- - if you have the financial backing

CJ is great for affiliate marketing 'cos of their large publisher base but you need a lot of financial muscle to do this. ;)

Spend some money on different Services like google (recommended), overture (best), ehnance, searchfeed etc. and see whats good for you.

Well, I wouldn't say that CJ is too unreasonable.

You do need to be able to invest about $6K upfront and be prepared to spend at least $1,500 in commissions per month (as they require a $500 comission minimum per month which is 30% of your overall spend).

I remember reading that HostRocker owed it's fantastic growth to CJ, as it tremendously fueled it's sales.

You might also want to look into performics.com and linkshare.com, which are some of the largest affiliate networks. On the other hand, if you want to save a little and run the affiliate program in-house, check out hotscripts.com for some pretty excellent affiliate scripts (a good one will set you back about $500 or less).

What kind of a budget are we looking at?
