I usually wont lash out at offers like this however I think you deserve a piece of it. im going to label this in point form numbered.
1) Your offer claims that your offering bandwidth on FREE peering without transit? unusual
2) Your taking free peering and selling it at an exorbanent cost considering it is infact free.
3) When looking up your test IP's it shows your utilizing cogent which is not mentioned anywhere on your website.
4) It seems unusual to me that your able to pass bandwidth through peering when the majority of the peers only except bandwidth to their end customers such as rogers / shaw.
5) How can you oversell peering?
6) Your website states your 1 Hop away from 151 Front... I didnt realize that 151 Front was a direct bandwidth provider??
7) Care to explain how you run BGP over Torix peering?
8) You claim the datacenter is yours? "Our APC UPS is enterprise-class and constantly cleans the hosting platform¡¯s power and provides battery backup if ever needed.
I wonder how you get all that in a single cabinet.
9) Your internet status is html coded meaning even if your datacenter were to go up in flames and your server some how survived your entire network would still be running flawlessly some how.
Personally I find it pathetic that you try and portray your company in this way by making false claims. Let this be a lesson to all of those looking for Canadian colocation.

in TorIX doesnt mean its free bandwidth, and also you can not only go to an internet exchange and get everything for free.
we reside in Wiznet Data Centre, they are with multiple upstream providers including Cogent Co, Bell, Peer1 etc. Being on Cogent does not mean it is bad, a lot of data centers have cogent too.
Wiznet is in TorIX and peers with most of the other providers.
No one can sell peering and I am not selling peering.
being in downtown toronto, it is very close to 151 front st W where all the providers have POPs theres.
BGP routing is done though the data center on their bandwidth, not on peering.
the data centre is not mine. by using Our is not a big concern anywaysy.
go in flame, well, every data centre has fire prevention systems. so not my worry too.
Lastly, thank you for your comments. Your concerns went beyond what an normal customer would need.

The way in which i was trying to bring across the point was not necessarily meant as a flame more along the lines of showing wrongful misrepresentation.

Just a FYI. You wont find any providers on TorIX that pass traffic and dont do so using BGP. And you can definatly sell TorIX only bandwidth, though not on this level (you'd need to be administratively in control of the BGP sessions, you can do community tagging, etc. to tag it off), and notably that traffic would go only to the TorIX peers.
